I wanted to get back into the habit of reading before bedtime, shutting off my phone and putting it away before I tried to fall asleep. Reading gave me something for my brain to think about (because let’s be real, what woman’s brain truly turns off when the lights do?), and it provided a way to unwind at the end of the day. I have a few little tools that helped me pave the way to book goal success that I felt made a difference this past year.
